I like the communication and updates on arrival.
I dislike that the corners of the box were open though nothing broken.

The product and service are amazing. right from the moment I submitted my inquiry, the service was amazing. The customization was easy and were more than happy to make exactly what I needed. I ordered 20 lights. The communication was amazing with constant updates on the order and production status. the dates and schedule were on time and efficient and very well within expectations. The delivery was quite fast, in about 1.5 weeks to Brisbane Australia. The lights were very well packed and were exactly as the photo shown in Alibaba, exactly to my specifications. The lights are very bright and perfect for growing plants.
Overall a very easy, efficient and reasonable priced manufacturer. I would certainly buy from them again at this stage. I am yet to test the long term reliability of the product. but from what I can tell from the initial quality, they should last a long time. Cheers
